The Promise of Opportunity is a newsletter published by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon that is issued quarterly across the United States although the bulk of our readership is in our service area, which covers the State of Oregon and Clark County, Washington. We are able to provide this service due to the efforts of the State of Oregon Housing and Community Services Department and the Oregon Economic and Development Department’s intention to further fair housing in our state.
Each issue covers current fair housing concerns and we update our readers on current projects and activities of the Council, as well as staff updates and points of interest.
