"Fair housing" isn't fair.
The answer is both true and false. The term "fair housing" refers to a specific set of federal, state, and local civil rights laws related directly to housing. Whether or not you feel these laws are "fair" and just is, perhaps, open for interpretation; however, fair housing laws do, in fact, protect all of us. All of us fall within one or more of the protected classes that it is illegal to discrimination against under fair housing laws.
